The maximum distance to a single 1 port, remote PoE (GatorLink) can be as great as 4750 meters (15,580 feet). From here, an additional 100 meters (330 feet) of UTP cable can be installed to the PoE device. Other GatorLink configurations require distance calculations based on the remote device power requirements, the number of devices and the distances.
